(asks for basic business info: name, address, phone, business type, years in operation, type of operation, proof of earnings, proof of business (such as EIN) pics of location (inside and out) If it is web-based we must approve the website, will also ask about sweepstakes experience, if you are currently connected to other game systems and what those might be, or If you already offer a sweepstakes or contest in your location. Business Compliancy questions may also be asked. This is a real quick 2-5 minute form.

LEASE TERMS WITH QUICK QUOTE
2. If the leasing form was filled out correctly, you will receive a quick lease quote from our supply channels. It will have all the terms and agreements associated with the leasing proposal inside the quote. By Clicking I agree, you agree to the binding terms within the contract as well as the quote. All approvals are processed directly with our supply team, Each location is mapped for legal and radius compliance. The quote doesn't mean your approved.
 
FINALIZE LEASE WITH SALES CALL
3. You can expect a call directly after from a sales associate on our team, this is to finalize the agreement, A finalized leasing form is sent at the same time and will simply ask for your signature of agreeance on our software and/or hardware contracts. Will ask for your state I.D or Driver License. (to assure you are a real person of legal age and can be held reliable if you choose to misuse our products or break our binding terms of contract.)

GET APPROVED AND GO LIVE
4. We will put your order into the proper supply channels for approval. This can be anywhere from 1 day to 3 days  (sometimes 7-14 per volume increase) Please be patient we will always keep you in the loop. Once Approved your order will be manufactured for your location then sent to or setup mobily depending on the product choice. This can take any where from 1day-3wk to deliver. Again Please be patient as we always have ya in the loop.

SHIPPING & INSTALL
5. If a product needs to be shipped out or installed. We offer free shipping, handling and installation on most to all of our leasing products. However you may be charged  for cancellations or ship back fees. If you return our product with breach of contract. Charges may incur to non leased items such as apparel, gift items, ad posters and more.  Digital products may include a processing fee as well as chargeback fee if canceled.

These are due every Monday by 6pm Eastern. All online systems will be processed along with any ticket reporting you may have. You can expect a weekly invoice to request our agreed profit sharing payment, which is due every Friday by 5pm Eastern.

CANCELLATION POLICY & BREACH OF CONTRACT
9. You may cancel anytime, however you must read our "cancelation policy" first, please understand you will be held responsible for costs acquired and return charges. Do not order if you plan on returning our products within 30 days or less. It is a waste of everyone's time and money. Please value our systems and respect they can take time to earn profits depending on certain circumstances. such as location, traffic, or pot pools being under due to legal percent holds adjusting to set percent standards, give the pools time to swing back to the houses expectancy's. Note if you breach contract in anyway, you will be held reliable for all cancelation fees and policy's as well as making sure the equipment/software is returned in good working condition or you may also be charged for damages rendered.
